When a meeting title contains specific keywords, you can configure the calendar integration meeting bot not to join. This allows you to prevent recording in advance for meetings you do not want to record.
What do I need to use this feature?
- Administrative privileges are required.
- A MiiTel Meetings subscription is required.
- Access MiiTel Admin.
- Click Meeting Settings > Meeting Bot settings.
- In Meetings where the bot does not automatically join, register keywords included in the meetings you do not want the bot to join, then click Save.
NOTE
- Enter one keyword per line.
- Up to 100 keywords can be registered.
- Partial matches are used for evaluation. For example, if you register sales, titles containing Weekly Sales Sync or Presales are also covered.
- Full-width and half-width characters, uppercase and lowercase letters, circled numbers, and other special characters are not distinguished.
- The presence or absence of spaces is distinguished.
- calendar integration-enabled users' schedules are covered. This does not apply when the bot is manually added to a meeting.
- After saving, changes will be applied sequentially to upcoming schedules. Bots already participating in meetings will not be removed.
