The automation feature in Copilot Plus (Beta) runs a prompt on a schedule you specify, so you can automate periodic summaries and reviews of your call history and meeting history.
You can receive daily call reports, weekly summaries, and more without asking each time.

What do I need to use this feature?
- A MiiTel Synapse (generative AI) contract is required. If you are interested, please contact your account manager or Support.
- "Enable automation" must be turned on in the Copilot Plus settings.

Enable the automation feature
- Access MiiTel Admin.
- Click Copilot > Copilot Plus Settings.
- Click the Automation tab.
- Select "Enable automation" and click Save.
NOTE
- The automation feature is enabled by default.
Add a new automation
NOTE
- To add, edit, or delete templates, see "Add, edit, and delete automation templates."
- After adding a new automation, run the automation immediately to check in advance that the prompt you entered gives accurate instructions.
- You can create up to 5 automations.
View the execution history of an automation
- Go to https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and open Copilot Plus (Beta).
- In "Execution history" on the right side of the screen, click the entry for the execution time you want to view.
Share the execution results of an automation
- Display the execution history of the automation.
- Click
Share in the upper right of the screen.
- Click Generate link to generate a link for sharing.
- Click Copy to copy the generated link.
NOTE
- You can copy the response by clicking Copy at the bottom right of the response.
Edit an automation
- Go to https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and open Copilot Plus (Beta).
- From the automation list on the left side of the screen, click the automation you want to edit.
- Click
in the upper right of the screen.
- Edit the contents and click Save.
Delete an automation
- Go to https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and open Copilot Plus (Beta).
- From the automation list on the left side of the screen, click the automation you want to delete.
- Click
- Click Delete at the bottom left.
- Review the precautions and click Delete.
Enable or disable an automation you created
- Go to https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and open Copilot Plus (Beta).
- From the automation list on the left side of the screen, click the toggle of the automation you want to enable or disable.
NOTE
- When the switch is blue, the automation is enabled. When it is gray, the automation is disabled.
Run an automation now
If you want to run an automation right now without changing its configured schedule, you can run it immediately.
- Go to https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and open Copilot Plus (Beta).
- From the automation list on the left side of the screen, click the automation you want to run immediately.
- Click ▶︎ Run now in the upper right of the screen.
Add, edit, and delete automation templates
Users with administrator privileges can manage automation templates.
NOTE
- Only templates you added manually can be edited or deleted. Default templates cannot be edited or deleted.
- You can create up to 20 templates.
Set automation templates to published or private
- Access MiiTel Admin.
- Click Copilot > Copilot Plus Settings.
- Click the Automation tab.
- In the template list, click ︙ to the right of the automation you want to publish or make private.
- Click Published or Private.
