In Video history (Beta), you can bulk edit titles and tags for multiple videos, delete them, and consult Copilot about multiple videos at once.
To open Video history, click Video history in the side menu of MiiTel Meetings / RecPod Analytics.

What do I need to use this feature?
- You must have a subscription to MiiTel Meetings or MiiTel RecPod.

Filter and search
In Video history, you can switch between viewing all videos or only your own videos, and you can narrow down the list by setting search options.

NOTE
- Click the title of a video to go to the playback page.
Add a video
You can upload recorded video files (MP4) and audio files (MP3, M4A, WAV) from + Add video in the upper-right corner of the Video history page.

Edit a video title
Click the title of a video to go to the playback page.
- Go to https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Meetings / RecPod Analytics.
- Click Video history.
- Click Edit title in the upper-right corner of the page. Or select the checkbox on the left of the video whose title you want to edit, then click Operation > Bulk edit titles.
- Edit the title in the title field in the Video history list.
- Click Save changes in the upper-right corner of the page.

On the confirmation screen, select the checkbox if you want to update Auto tag. To not update it, clear the checkbox. Then click Edit.
Bulk edit video tags
You can bulk add tags or replace them.
- Go to https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Meetings / RecPod Analytics.
- Click Video history.
- Select the checkbox on the left of the videos you want to add or replace tags for, then click Bulk actions.
- Click Bulk edit tags.
- Select the checkbox for Tag.
- Select the tags you want to add or replace, confirm the changes, then click Edit.
Change access restriction for each video
To change access restriction for each video, click Operation > Access restriction on the right side of a video.

Bulk delete videos
You can bulk delete videos you no longer need.
- Go to https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Meetings / RecPod Analytics.
- Click Video history.
- Select the checkbox on the left of the videos you want to delete, then click Bulk actions > Bulk delete.
- Select the checkbox for Delete videos, then click Edit.
Consult Copilot about multiple videos
In Video history, you can select multiple videos and consult Copilot about them together.
