You can register minutes in each field of an opportunity record linked to Activity History, or in each field of an activity record. Minutes that can be registered in a record must be created using the Salesforce-designated Summary template.
To use this feature?
- You need a MiiTel Meetings or MiiTel RecPod subscription.
- You need to set up Salesforce Meeting History integration in advance.
- Meeting minutes feature must be enabled.

Salesforce objects to view, create, and edit
MiiTel references records for the following Salesforce objects and retrieves data.
- User (User)
MiiTel creates and edits records for the following Salesforce objects.
- Opportunity (Opportunity)
- Event (Event)
Salesforce records and fields to reference
References and updates the text fields of opportunities (Text, Text Area, Text Area (Rich), Long Text Area).
Grant the integration user permission for the fields you want to link.
Link minutes to Salesforce opportunity records or activity records
To reflect minutes in a Salesforce opportunity record or activity record, you must meet all of the following conditions. If you do not meet the conditions, Salesforce Opportunity Integration will not be displayed.
- Salesforce integration is set up.
- Meeting History integration is set up.
- A Salesforce activity history record has been created.
- Minutes are created using the Salesforce-designated Summary template.
- Access https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Meetings / RecPod Analytics. (If MiiTel Phone Analytics is displayed, click
> Meetings / RecPod at the top left of the screen.)

Click Meeting History.
- Open the meeting history for which you want to reflect minutes in a Salesforce activity record or opportunity record.
- Click the Minutes tab.
- Create or display minutes using the Salesforce-designated Summary template.
- Click Salesforce Opportunity Integration.
- To overwrite the Salesforce record field with the minutes content, click
. To add it to the beginning of the existing content, click
. When you click
, the date you added will also be added.
1Minutes fields: Displays the minutes content you created by section.
2Displayed when the Salesforce activity record or opportunity record set in item 3 has a value. Click or
to insert the minutes content here. You can also edit it directly by entering text.
3Salesforce fields: Set the record type and field name to which minutes will be reflected. (If the template setting Allow users to edit the linked fields when updating Salesforce in Meetings Analytics is not checked, the template settings will be applied and cannot be changed.)
4Restore: You can delete the edits added to the right side and restore the original.
- The content of each section of the corresponding minutes will be reflected in each field of the activity record or opportunity record.
NOTE
- If No selection is selected, nothing will be registered.
- If the minutes content exceeds the character limit of the selected field, an error will be displayed.
