You can download the meeting history list for a specific period by CSV. This CSV file includes the meeting history URL, meeting details, summary made by generative AI, keywords, etc.
Permissions or subscriptions required
You must be subscribed to MiiTel Meetings or MiiTel RecPod.
1Type: Set the type of history you would like to download.
2Period: Set the period of the history you want to include in the CSV file.
3Encoding: Select the character encoding for the CSV file.
4Locale: Set the language of each field in the CSV file (Japanese or English).
NOTE
If you cannot select Video history or Video history (by participant) for Type, check with the MiiTel administrator to see if you have permission to download the meeting history as CSV.
Click [+ Create].
After the Process state changes from Waiting to Completed, click to download the CSV file.
NOTE
To check the latest processing update on the storage page, refresh the page by clicking .
Depending on the period, it may take some time for the CSV file to be ready. In this case, you can set up an email notification to get notified when the file is ready.
IMPORTANT
You can create up to 10 schedules per organization (company ID) in total for call history and meeting history.
You can create up to 50 CSV files per day in total for call history and meeting history.
Automatically create CSV files regularly
You can configure the system to create CSV files regularly, such as daily, weekly, or monthly.
Click [Schedule execution] in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Click [+ Create new schedule].
Configure the following settings.
1Name: Enter a name for the schedule settings you want to create. (You cannot use the same schedule name as an existing schedule. You can enter up to 75 characters.\ / : * " < > | cannot be used)
2Type: Select either Meeting history or Meeting history (by participant). For the item names included in the CSV file, see "Column names and contents in the CSV file".
3Encoding: Set the encoding for the CSV file you want to create.
4Locale: Set the language for each item name in the CSV file.
5Frequency: Set how often the CSV file will be created. (Select either daily, weekly, or monthly.)
IMPORTANT
If you set it to the 31st of each month, please note that a CSV file will not be created for months that do not have a 31st day, such as February and April.
6Create time: Set the time of CSV file creation.
7Data collection period: Set the time range for meeting history to be exported to the CSV file.
IMPORTANT
You can create up to 10 schedules per organization (company ID) in total for call history and meeting history.
You cannot configure the same settings (other than the schedule name) as an existing recurring schedule.
Duplicate schedule names cannot be used.
You can create up to 50 CSV files per day in total for call history and meeting history.
Name and details of each column in the CSV file
The details of the CSV file are different for Video history and Video history (by participant).
Comments: Comments registered in the meeting history.
Chat: Chat history sent during the Zoom meeting.
Neutral keyword (Customer): Neutral keywords spoken by the customer and the number of times the customer said these keywords.
Positive keyword (Customer): Positive keywords spoken by the customer and the number of times the customer said these keywords.
Negative keyword (Customer): Negative keywords spoken by the customer and the number of times the customer said these keywords.
Neutral keyword (User): Neutral keywords spoken by the user and the number of times the user said these keywords.
Positive keyword (User): Positive keywords spoken by the user and the number of times the user said these keywords.
Negative keyword (User): Negative keywords spoken by the user and the number of times the user said these keywords.
Number of silences: Number of times nobody has spoken for more than three seconds.
Number of overlaps: Number of times more than one person has spoken simultaneously for more than one second.
Meeting Type: The type of meeting tool used.
Calendar Participants: The email addresses of participants registered in a Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar event upon the meeting's completion.
Participant: User name of the participants and those who got their conversations analyzed by MiiTel.
Company ID: Company ID of the organization that created the meeting history.
Video ID: ID that will identify the meeting history (part of the meeting history URL).
Host name: User name of the host.
Meeting title: Name of the meeting.
Meeting URL: Meeting history URL.
Video begin time: Start time of the meeting.
Video end time: End time of the meeting.
Number of unique views: Number of users who played the recording in the meeting history.
Call memo: Call memo and the number of call memos registered in the meeting history.
Topic (sec): The number of seconds in which the participants talked about the topic (the topic's name is displayed as a column).
No topic time (sec): The number of seconds in which the participants talked outside the topic.
Talk listen ratio: The ratio of the time between the user was talking (Talk) to the time the other person was talking (Listen).
Fundamental frequency: The tone level of the voice. Typically, it is 85 - 180 Hz for men and 165 - 255 Hz for women.
Intonation strength: The high and low variations of the voice.
Speech rate: The speed of the conversation.
Viewers: User names of the users who played the recording in the meeting history.
Viewable users: User names of the users who have permission to play the recording in the meeting history.
Restriction: Type of access restrictions set for the meeting history.
Comments: Comments registered in the meeting history.
Chat: Chat history sent during the Zoom meeting.

If you disable the calendar integration, the Calendar Participants field will be blank for meeting history hosted by the user who disconnected. Re-enabling the calendar integration will not restore the values to the Calendar Participants field.
The host's email address is also included in the Calendar Participants field. For Microsoft Outlook Calendar, the host's email address must be registered in the event.
